Paul Mengert Built AMG For Training and Education

December 28, 2018

One major reason Paul Mengert, CEO of Association Management Group (AMG), founded his esteemed firm in 1984 is based on two important things. He based the company on his life in service to education and he also based it in his hometown of Greensboro based on his strong commitment to community. That is also where he majored in both Political Science and Communications at the University of North Carolina-Greensboro. Over the years, he has also taught numerous courses in his role as part of a Management Development Program for Harvard Business School Alumni Association of nearby Charlotte, North Carolina, in addition to his teaching work with AMG.

Paul Mengert’s work with AMG teaches courses designed to make homeowners’ associations’ staff better at their job, but he has also taught courses as a member of the national senior faculty for the Community Associations Institute for years. The classes he teaches there and at AMG are good enough to provide realtors with continuing education credits that are honored by groups like the South Carolina and North Carolina Departments of Real Estate, the California Department of Real Estate and the Florida Bureau of Condominiums, among others.
